1. What is this platform all about?
We’ve created a safe, interactive space where children can learn, play, and explore. From videos and puzzles to stories and digital books - everything is designed to make learning fun.
2. Does this replace school?
No, we are not an online school. Our goal is to provide learning materials, and help children practice through interactive games and freely downloadable English and Maths workbooks. We also want to bring a smile to your child’s face with engaging video stories, audio stories, and e-books.
3. Who can use it?
The platform is meant for children learning at home, guided by a parent or guardian. It’s not meant for schools or coaching centers unless we’ve given written permission.
4. What ages is this for?
Our content is designed especially for learners aged 5 to 10 years.
5. What languages are offered?
Right now, everything is available in English only, but we’re working on adding more languages over time so even more learners can enjoy it.
6. How many users can access one membership?
Each membership is for one child only. However, if you have two or more children in your family, please reach out to us - we may be able to offer preferential pricing for multiple users (on a best-effort basis, not guaranteed).

1. What devices does this work on?
You can access it on any laptop, desktop, mobile phone, or tablet. For the best experience, we recommend using our web app - it’s quick to install and easy to use.

Learners can watch videos, read and listen to stories, and play games as many times as they want - there’s no limit on fun and learning.
4. Can we download or share what’s here?
Most content is for viewing only to keep it safe and secure. Workbooks can be downloaded for personal use at home, but sharing, copying, or posting the content elsewhere isn’t allowed without our permission. We also have books available in our Shopping Centre that you can purchase to enjoy offline.
4. Can I pre-select content for my child to watch?
Yes! You can add videos, stories, or games to the Favourites section, so your child can easily find and enjoy them whenever they’re ready.
5. Can we log in on multiple devices at the same time?
No. Each membership allows one active session at a time. If you log in on a new device while another session is active, the older session will be automatically logged out.

1. How much does it cost?
Till December 31, 2025, anyone who signs up will pay an annual fee of Rs. 999 (plus taxes), paid upfront. Please note that this fee is non-refundable. And you’ll get access to all our new content at no extra fee. You can signup for a 7 Day Free Trial, without giving UPI or Credit Card information.

1. What can I buy in the Shopping Centre?
You’ll find a range of books for children and light reading for grownups on the platform.
2. Do I get to shop in the Shopping Centre if I am not a member?
Yes! The Shopping Centre is open to everyone. You don’t need a membership to Children’s Corner to purchase books - just pay for what you’d like, along with applicable taxes.
3. Does the Shopping Centre have any fee?
No. Just like any regular shop, you only pay the listed price of the items you purchase, along with applicable taxes. There are no extra fees to use the Shopping Centre.
3. How do I pay for my order?
You can pay securely online using debit cards, credit cards, UPI, or net banking. We use trusted payment gateways to keep every transaction safe.
4. How will I receive my books?
We ship physical books to your address. You’ll get tracking details once your order is placed.
5. Can I return or exchange what I buy?
We accept returns and exchanges on books that arrive damaged or incorrect. Just reach out to us within 3 days of receipt, and we’ll help sort it out quickly.

Yes, but each child needs their own account created by their parents. This account is just for you and your home.
