Arnab Biswas, an alumnus of the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, spent over two decades working across North America and Asia in the banking sector holding leadership positions in organizations such as Citibank and American Express - until he realized that stories, not spreadsheets, were his true calling. Today, he is the Co-Founder of arNas, a platform dedicated to making learning engaging and fun for young minds. Arnab has also embraced writing books for children such as On Gods TV, The Kangra Valley Mystery, The Adventures of Johnie Pumpkin - Part 1 and many more. Sandhya Ramabadran

Director & Founder

Sandhya Ramabadran brings a wealth of diverse experience - from corporate roles in banking and data science in Citibank and Genpact, to charity fundraising during her time overseas, followed by a period as a stay-at-home mom. Having lived in four different countries, she has cultivated a broad and nuanced perspective on life. An MBA by degree, Sandhya’s true passion lies in helping children learn through storytelling. In 2019, she became a mother to an intrepid and insightful daughter, and together they built a world of stories and imaginative play - moments that planted the seeds for arNas. Alongside her partner Arnab, she co-founded arNas in late 2024, a platform dedicated to providing meaningful and engaging content for children across both online and offline formats.

Jamuna R

Director & Advisor

Jamuna Ramabadran is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in special education and values-based learning. In 2003, she completed a specialized training program conducted by the Madras Dyslexia Association on supporting children with dyslexia and other learning difficulties. She then joined Ananya, a school dedicated to children with learning challenges, where she rose to become Principal of the Senior Section. Her work emphasized individualized instruction, remediation strategies, and parental counseling. A key area of specialization has been preparing students for the NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) board examinations, helping them achieve academic success while building confidence and personality development. She continues to support learners through online NIOS teaching. Earlier, she also served as a Bal Vikas Guru for nearly 15 years, imparting shlokas, bhajans, and value education.

S Ram

Director & Mentor

S. Ram is an engineer and management professional with over 36 years of corporate experience in sales, marketing, and strategy across the automotive, consumer durables, and IT sectors in India and abroad. An alumnus of NIT Trichy and IIT Madras, he played leadership roles at Ashok Leyland, multinational firms in the Middle East, and Tech Mahindra. Post-retirement, he mentors young entrepreneurs, delivers guest lectures for MBA students, and serves on the Steering Committee of the Madras Dyslexia Association. He has also held office-bearer roles in the Lions Club. Passionate about the arts, he is associated with The Madras Players, the Madras Youth Choir, and is an active voice-over artist.
